Each session is a safe, guided conversation where we slow down, explore what’s happening for you right now, and identify what you want to move toward. Together we:
• Check in with what’s present for you
• Clarify your main concerns and hopes
• Explore thoughts, patterns, and inner responses
• If needed we use practical tools for nervous system regulation, breathing exercises,
guided meditations, or grounding practices
• Choose one or two clear steps to take next
