HI,
I AM RONJA

a trauma-informed, compassion-focused coach and sound facilitator.
I have a cross-cultural background, shaped by being born and raised in Bali and living my life between the island and Western cultures.

I’ve experienced many big life transitions myself and know how challenging and disorienting they can feel. Learning to understand myself and meet my inner experience with more compassion has been a profound teacher and a big part of why I do this work today.

Growing up between cultures shaped my curiosity for what it means to be human and my ability to meet people with openness and without judgment. I
create calm, welcoming spaces where you can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself...
whether through gentle, clarity-focused coaching or immersive
sound journeys that support rest and nervous system regulation.

My work isn’t about fixing or telling you who to be. It’s about listening deeply, holding space with care, and supporting you as you move through change in a way that feels grounded and true to you.

I offer online 1:1 coaching, workshops and in-person sound journeys in Hamburg.

My Path

I grew up surrounded by sound, creativity, and different ways of understanding the human experience.

In Bali, sound was everywhere... all kinds of nature sounds, the ocean, crickets, frogs, birds, rivers, singing, Motorbikes and people talking. Sound is not something separate from daily life;

it is part of the rhythm of being.

My father was a singer-songwriter and writer, and my mother is an artist and painter who also brought her creativity into fashion design. She had been practicing Reiki and other holistic practices for many years, so growing up in Bali, meditation, yoga, creativity, and energy work were simply part of life.

My first family home.

At 11, I received my first Reiki certification, not as something unusual, but as a natural extension of how I was raised.

After school, I travelled, studied Fashion Management in Amsterdam and Germany, became a mother, and explored different creative and entrepreneurial paths.

Each chapter shaped the way I understand identity, transition, resilience, and the need for spaces where people can come back to themselves.

In my mid-20s, I began bringing women together through circles and journal classes. Later, I co-founded The Garden, a wellbeing project that brought together different approaches to health and self-connection... from movement and breathwork to journaling, sound, nutrition, and coaching.

When Covid hit, along with personal life transitions and the complexity of holding a growing project during uncertain times, we eventually decided to close that chapter.

However the vision behind it is still alive in my work today.
