HI,
I AM RONJA

a trauma-informed, compassion-focused coach and sound facilitator.
I have a cross-cultural background, shaped by being born and raised in Bali and living my life between the island and Western cultures.

I’ve experienced many big life transitions myself and know how challenging and disorienting they can feel. Learning to understand myself and meet my inner experience with more compassion has been a profound teacher and a big part of why I do this work today.

Growing up between cultures shaped my curiosity for what it means to be human and my ability to meet people with openness and without judgment. I
create calm, welcoming spaces where you can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself...
whether through gentle, clarity-focused coaching or immersive
sound journeys that support rest and nervous system regulation.

My work isn’t about fixing or telling you who to be. It’s about listening deeply, holding space with care, and supporting you as you move through change in a way that feels grounded and true to you.

I offer online 1:1 coaching, workshops and in-person sound journeys in Hamburg.

My Roots

At eleven, I received my first Reiki certification, not because it was unusual, but because it was a natural part of how I was raised.

I grew up in Bali, surrounded by a mix of different nationalities and cultures, which gave my childhood a sense of both simplicity and depth. Life felt grounded and unpolished, yet rich in human connection and diversity.

Bali is also a place where spirituality and holistic practices are part of everyday life, not something separate or distant. For me, practices like meditation, energy work, creativity, and movement were simply normal parts of growing up.

Creativity was deeply present in my home. My father was a singer, writer, and artist who has since passed away. My mother is an artist and painter who also worked in fashion design. She has practiced Reiki, yoga, and other holistic modalities for many years, so these ways of engaging with life were naturally woven into my environment from an early age.

My Journey

After school, I travelled, studied Fashion Management in Amsterdam and Germany, became a mother in 2018, and explored different creative and entrepreneurial paths. Each chapter deepened my understanding of identity, change, resilience, and what supports us in returning to ourselves through life’s transitions.

In my mid-twenties, I began bringing women together through circles and journaling workshops. Later, I co-founded The Garden, a wellbeing project that brought together practices such as movement, breathwork, journaling, sound, nutrition, and coaching to support deeper self-connection.

Like many projects, The Garden was deeply affected by the uncertainty of the pandemic. Alongside significant personal life transitions, we eventually chose to close that chapter. While the project ended, the vision behind it continues to shape my work today.

In 2022, I became a certified Sound Facilitator, and in 2025

I completed my training as a Certified Trauma-Informed, Compassion-Focused Coach. These trainings gave structure and language to paths that had already been unfolding throughout my life.
