About the event

90 minutes of reflection, sound & rest

An immersive experience combining guided reflection, journaling, and the deeply relaxing vibrations of crystal sound bowls.

This offering invites you to slow down, step away from the noise of everyday life, and create space to reconnect with yourself.

We begin with a gentle arrival and guided journaling prompts, offering time to reflect, explore your thoughts, and connect with what is present for you. Each session follows a different theme, creating space for intention setting, self-reflection, letting go, or simply pausing and listening inward.

From there, we move into a deeply restorative Sound Journey. As you settle onto your mat and simply receive, the vibrations of crystal sound bowls support relaxation, nervous system regulation, emotional release, mental clarity, and a sense of inner calm.

There is nothing you need to achieve and no previous experience is needed. You are invited to come exactly as you are.

Each session includes:

  • Guided arrival and grounding

  • Reflection and journaling

  • Immersive Sound Journey

  • Quiet integration

You’ll leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more grounded. Perfect start for the new week.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing and, if you have one, your journal. Paper and pens will also be provided.

Who It’s For: Anyone seeking rest, reflection, grounding, and a gentle reset.

Please Avoid If: You are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have sound-triggered epilepsy, a pacemaker, or are experiencing an acute mental health crisis.
