Sound journeys are immersive experiences. I use the vibrations of crystal sound bowls to gently guide you into deep relaxation and inner calm. Each session is unique, intuitively crafted to meet you where you are, helping you release physical tension, clear mental clutter, and restore balance within.

You’ll settle onto a comfortable mat and simply receive as waves of sound wash over you. The frequencies support deep physical and mental relaxation, emotional release, nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and a spacious sense of calm.

No experience is needed…Just come exactly as you are and allow yourself to soften.
